Ingredients
  

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp honey optional for extra sweetness
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup whole spelt flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate 80% cocoa
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

Instructions
 

  • Mash the bananas in a bowl, then add milk, honey, salt, oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  • Stir in the oats, spelt flour, and cocoa powder until just combined.
  • Fold in the chopped dark chocolate, frozen raspberries, and walnuts.
  • Pour the batter into a parchment-lined 8x8-inch baking pan.
  • Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, then let cool slightly before slicing and enjoying.
