- 4 ripe bananas
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
- 1 tbsp honey optional for extra sweetness
- 1/4 cup milk
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup whole spelt flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate 80% cocoa
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
Mash the bananas in a bowl, then add milk, honey, salt, oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
Stir in the oats, spelt flour, and cocoa powder until just combined.
Fold in the chopped dark chocolate, frozen raspberries, and walnuts.
Pour the batter into a parchment-lined 8x8-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, then let cool slightly before slicing and enjoying.
