Ingredients
  

  • 1 small avocado about 3.5 oz flesh
  • 3.5 oz pitted dates
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 small apple cored, peeled
  • 1/3 cup ground almonds
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • Coconut oil for greasing

Optional:

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Lightly grease a 6-cup muffin tin with coconut oil, then divide the batter evenly.
  • Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  • Let cool in the tin, then enjoy!
