- 1 small avocado about 3.5 oz flesh
- 3.5 oz pitted dates
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 small apple cored, peeled
- 1/3 cup ground almonds
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- Coconut oil for greasing
Optional:
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Lightly grease a 6-cup muffin tin with coconut oil, then divide the batter evenly.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Let cool in the tin, then enjoy!
