- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 large dill pickles finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Pinch salt
- Pinch black pepper
- 1 sourdough baguette

Prepare the tuna spread: Drain the tuna well and place it in a bowl. Add garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper, then blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
Chop the pickles: Finely chop the dill pickles using a knife or veggie chopper. Stir them into the blended tuna mixture with a spoon.
Prepare the crispy bread: Slice the baguette diagonally into thin slices. Lightly spread butter on both sides of each slice.
Toast the bread: Heat a grill pan or non-stick skillet over high heat. Toast the baguette slices for 30-60 seconds per side until golden and crispy.
Serve: Spread the tuna mixture on the warm toasted bread or serve it with crackers. Enjoy!
